(Spoilers for My Hero Academia.)[1]
It's a pleasure to meet you, we are the League of Villains. I know it's impolite, but we decided to invite ourselves into this haven of justice to say hello. And besides, isn't this a fitting place for All Might the Symbol of Peace to take his last breath? I believe he was supposed to be here today and yet I see no sign of him. There must've been some sort of change in plans we could not have foreseen. Ah well, in the end I suppose it doesn't matter. I still have a role to play.
-Kurogiri´s introduction to Class 1-A and Thirteen.
Description
The Warp Portal moveset is obtained when you defeat the Namu with an obtainment chance of 1-100% depending on your Pity (starting at 1%). Each time you are in the top three damage dealers after a Namu is defeated and you do not gain access to Warp Portal, you gain Pity based on your placement (3rd place gives 1% pity, 2nd place gives you 2% pity, and 1st place gives you 3% pity).
Pros and Cons
Pros
- Ult can separate teamers and allow for you to beat your opponent with no interruptions
- Portal combo and Warp Punch are combo extendable.
- Huge damage combos that don’t require your enemy to have their ragdoll cancel on cooldown. (Though they nerfed portal combo, you can ragdoll out of it now)
- Amazing for ranks / 2v2s.
- All of its base moves have finishers, allowing for this move to be really good at dealing with opponents quickly. (With crush being able to execute from half health)
- Has 2 ranged moves and 2 grabs, making it versatile.
- Even if crush is blocked, it will still play finisher if they have around 15%.
- Although it’s damage is nerfed, the finisher of matter barrage still procs at the same amount of HP even after being used after m1’s.
- Has a 50-70% damage true combo.
- Good combo extend if the player adds in the aerial downslam.
- Can do a quick side dash 1 or 3 to get someone off the F key.
- If you pick up the tiles, use portal combo, and shoot the tiles instantly, you do 40-60% damage.
- Cannot miss the Warp Punch move; if you try to, it's not going to happen.
- Matter Barrage is good for runners as it kind of stuns your enemy for a bit, but need to aim correctly.
- due to all the grab/choke moves they can grant you I frames.
- The end of Portal Combo has a small amount of I-frames.
- Reality Barrage finisher teleports you to the middle of the map, which is excellent when fighting teamers and you need to make a getaway.
- Base moveset deals high damage. (62% if you hit tiles)
- Warp Punch can be a great set up for Portal Combo/Reality Barrage
Cons
- Not much combo potential (most of the combo potential we have is in warp punch and portal combo).
- Warp punch is very hard to land on sensible players.
- Warp Punch is an unreliable extender.
- Matter Barrage needs a rework into a grab move or I-frames.
- The end of Reality Barrage and Portal Combo do not have I-frames, meaning you can get grabbed out of your move.
- Startup of Matter Barrage and Warp Punch is so slow anyone can dash and cancel the move.
- The end of Reality Barrage has no I-frames, which is bad when fighting teamers.
- Quantum Jump is not that good of an ultimate, compared to others
- This character isn't useful for 1v2's or 1v3's

Trivia/Notes
- The way your avatar looks in Quantum Jump duration is a taken inspiration of Kurogiri, as Kurogiri also has metal brace and other features.
- Warp Portal's Ultimate theme is Skull Breaker by FirTreeAudio - Royalty Free Music.
- Warp Portal is one of the only four unlockable characters in the game so far (the second being Mastered Green Hero (AKA “Vigilante Deku”), the third one being Mastered Hero Slayer, and the fourth being Mastered Azure Flames.)
- Ironically, Warp Portal is the best character to mess with people who are farming Namu in order to unlock Warp Portal, as any Warp Portal player is able to use Star Burst to bring Namu to the moon to steal him away from other players.
- Unfortunately, emoting during an ultimate animation has been deemed a bug by the developers and removed as of now.
- You can absorb the buildings outside the map if you use Star Burst while the ultimate bar is short and use matter absorption while aiming at the buildings and the trees.
- There is a low chance that when you use Warp Portal's ultimate attacks, you'll recite Minos Prime quotes from the indie game Ultrakill. (tested)
- Warp Portal is one of the hardest characters to combo with as a beginner.
- Warp Portal is the only character whose attacks are not based of any My Hero Academia/Anime references since Kurogiri doesn't see much action in My Hero Academia.
- You have a slight chance to recite "WHAT IS THAT MELODY" when using Reality Collapse. This voiceline originally comes from an Overwatch character named Sigma. (it's true, btw)
- If a Vigilante Deku gets their 120% OVERDRIVE finisher off on you while you both are on the moon, the game won't know where to teleport either of you, and you'll both die from falling to the void. (editor here, this happened to me.)
