Pros and Cons
Pros
Recipro Assault can hit grounded players, allowing for maximum damage charge.
Recipro Assault (3rd variant) leaves the enemy stunned long enough for an uppercut.
Recipro Assault’s range allows you to hit opponents even if they evasive using side due to the final kick in the dash part of it as of right now. (You have to be quick though.)
Every move is a combo-extender so far.
Turbine Barrage is a great combo starter
Recipro Assault (all variants) and Sound Breaker both propel you further than basically every base move in the game. Making Jet Engine one of the best characters for travel and chasing down opponents
Though having considerably long start-ups, Recipro Assault (1st and 2nd variants) and Sound Breaker are incredibly quick moves, making them useful for catch opponents off guard
Jet Stream can travel great distances, which is good for both mobility and for catching runners.
Cons
As of now, the character only has 4 moves and no Ultimate (just a full heal).
Beyond Speed is currently only a full heal.
Recipro Assault hitbox is a little broken at times.
Recipro Assault (1st and 2nd variants) has lots of endlag
Sound Breaker has a long startup and can be interrupted
The user kicks the enemy into the air before following up with a slam downwards using the jets in their leg to propel them up and forward.
Noticeable endlag with the character shown heavily breathing if missed

Currently, it can be used only if you finished someone with Recipro Assault.
The knockback is perfect to combo-extend with Jet Stream 1st set.
Resets your oldest cooldown after landing but halfs the damage (This is currently bugged as it does the complete opposite and increases in damage from 7 > 14 when used with a move on cooldown)
Ragdolls long enough to downslam or uppercut after
Cooldown Reset
N/A
After killing someone with credit, all of your cooldowns reset.
This applies to all characters.
Trivia/Notes
Jet Engine is based off Tenya Ida from My Hero Academia, Class 1-A Representative with the Quirk Engine that gives him boosters in calves, allowing him to run faster and gain remarkable kicking power.
Jet Engine's M1's are based on how Tenya Ida mainly uses his legs for combat instead of his hands.
Jet Engine is the only character to use only his legs when fighting.
Jet Engine might possibly get a unique wall combo because he only uses his legs when fighting (uses base Deku as preset right now)
Turbine Barrage has a hidden aerial variant that moves you forward with the momentum of the kick. This variant also mysteriously happens if you perform a downslam on an opponent and immediately use the move, propelling you forward and making you miss your opponent. Do what you wish with this information.
Jet Engine also uses an emote called Get Set in its Spawn Animation.
Currently, there is a move in the move set command called Turbine Drive. It could be deleted or used as a move.
Strangely, when using Recipro Assault after Jet Stream 2nd set, it will do Recipro Assault 3rd set.
