There’s no way any person would vote for base stain over sonic, like legitimately you might be losing a lot of brain cells. What does stain do when he literally can catch Sonic? Or what does stain do when he gets hit by one move and his entire health bar gets shredded. I’m convinced anyone who voted for stain has not played tab, like ever.

@Gammahedghog they're talking about the ult, and this is difficult because stain has i-frames to back him up, they both has tp dashes, stain has higher dmg, low cds and a good counter, but sonic has the advantage of speed and larger move hitboxes.

Not even tough at all. Stain has no mobility no range, and 2 offensive moves, not to even mention to ults so trash they make it harder to catch people. Sonic has 2 dashes, all combo extenders, range and mobility and in general has a way better ult than stain. I frames don’t mean shit when you can get easily punished afterwards, and given that Sonic actually has mobility l, he would favor hit and run tactics, which for characters like stain, would be hard to adapt to.

I understand the hit and run tactic, but you do realize, it's easy to evasive and punish sonic ult combos, and if they use straight on, blocking it is a easy punish, not to mention none of sonic's moves have i-frames, so if they try a 360, stain can use indomitable will to get an opening, not to mention if you get hit by stain even once, half your hp is gone thanks to the 3rd move applying curdle,
