I'm finally settling the debate of the "best battleground game", I'm going to try my best to not be biased.
Map:
Winner: Heroes Battlegrounds
Reasoning: In terms of the game map, Heroes Battlegrounds wins, it's nor even close, TSB has Trees, benches, rocks, and some trashcans, Heroes bg has a whole villains hub, a subway and has NPC's for the limited timed events
GamePasses:
Winner: Can't Rank
Reasoning: You can't really rank the gamepasses, the main thing going for Heroes is the Custom Move Text and being able to change your effect color, but TSB mainly invented this stuff (because it being the OG and all)
Cosmetics:
Winner: Heroes Battlegrounds
Reasoning: I was going to give this one to TSB, but Heroes adding the weapon skins really separated itself from TSB. (TSB aura's still fire though)
Popularity:
Winner: Strongest Battlegrounds
Reasoning: It's quite obvious
Combat System:
Winner: Heroes Battlegrounds
Reasoning: This is when it gets controversial, but I gave it to Heroes because of the animations and actually somewhat consistent combat system. Heroes bg in my opinion has a better blocking mechanic than TSB, which is why I awarded Heroes the win, to those TSB glazers, you tired of a front dash right to you going through your block? Also at least in Heroes bg you can escape the teamers doing the 3 m1 dash 3 m1 dash.
Move Animation (Includes Finishers, and Ult Moves)
Winner: Heroes Battlegrounds
Reasoning: Ok, TSB in their last update REALLY stepped up their animation especially with that Unlimited Flex Works, but Heroes bg has WAY MORE quantity of High quality moves that have been around since Blazing Soul was added.
Ranked
Winner: Heroes Battlegrounds
Reasioning: I was gonna give it to TSB, but Heroes has more maps simply :/
Anti-Teaming Measures/Anti-Teaming Characters:
Winner: Strongest Battlegrounds
Reasoning: Despite Strongest Battlegrounds not having any Anti-Teaming mechanics, the characters are a lot more enabled to fight teamers versus Heroes characters.
Ultimate's Being Guaranteed Wins:
Winner: Strongest Battlegrounds
Reasoning: YOU LITERALLY CANNOT SURVIVE AN ENCOUNTER WITH A TSB ULT UNLESS YOUR FIGHTING A GAROU ULTIMATE, HOLY SH-
Characters:
Winner: Heroes Battlegrounds
Reasoning: The characters in Heroes are WAY more balanced than TSB characters because they literally nerf everyone every 2-5 updates. Also, you don't see A ENTIRE YOUTUBE SOCIETY DEDICATED TO MAKING CHILD EMP ONE SHOT COMBOS.

Reasoning: Bi-weekly updates versus 6 month wait for Red Ketchup dude who does the fortnight dance.

Conclusion:
Heroes Battlegrounds is the best battlegrounds game out there right now, TSB was the king for a while, until the drought of updates.
