he has decent cooldowns that doesn't take 9 years unlike vigilante, deals good dmg, has 3 i-frames grabs(powered shot 2nd use, explosion combo, and blast catapult), his moves activates pretty fast, and explosion combo has really short cooldowns, guaranteeing i-frames most of the time, his moves also easily seperates teamers.
