10: Warp portal: Surprised? We got the blockable grab, the blockable black hole, and the 2 dash reaction tests. 0 combo potential and moves suck when used raw.
9: Jet engine: Still better than warp, but it only has 1 move, which while decent, is easy to punish due to the tp back to start. Your awakening damage is small but is the most reliable opening damage.
8: Split ice: Jet kindling is basically unusable, frostflame burst relies heavily on your enemy being dumb, smart people don't get hit by blazing soul's dash, and it just leads to an easy punish. Freezeburn is good though, as it does big damage to anyone caught in m1s. If the enemy is passive, especially in ult, he is very bad.
7: Explosion hero: His first ult is disgustingly mid. Eruption dive is super unreliable if used raw and is punishable if missed. Exploding star has mid animation and basically needs to be used after m1s. Infernal shot exists to let your opponent punish you. Tenth torch the move will never hit anyone, and your opponent can run to the other side of the arena while it's happening. Mine is a very good move, easy to aim, massive hitbox, unpunishable. Blitz kick is not very useful against a smart opponent. Blast away is big damage and even if you dont grab, you can still do good damage to them with the aoe. Nuke just gets interrupted so is useless.
6: Green hero: Mediocre but allows for some smart plays. Beyond 100% is very good and is probably his best move still. Cosmic states is blockable, so is dangerous to use raw. One energy burst is in 1 word, useless. 1 million% is easy to dodge and counter and has such a long windup that gives the enemy plenty of time to prepare.
5: Mastered hero slayer: Blitzing talon carries this ult (for now). Its such a good move as it is easy to hit and does good damage. Detrimental division has I frames but is basically required to be used after m1s. Gekido is hard to hit, making it not very good.
4: Mastered green hero: Good combo potential, m1 them and they dont have ragdoll and its a guaranteed kill. However, 45% and lightning crush are hard to use raw due to windup and skinny hitboxes, though whiplash can be a good combo starter. The real issue is how hard it is to start the combo and its moves being easy to punish on miss.
3: Symbol of fear: Don't sleep on this ult. Just like deku v2, m1 them and they dont have evasive and they're dead. However, scatter is way easier to hit raw and has a short cooldown, making it a very good move. It also has a counter which is extendable off of. Radio blast is kind of useless, but can be used after scatter to extend off of (it is a m1 extender). Its just deku v2 but the moves are easier to hit raw.
2: Hero slayer: Stupidly good. Sanguine symphony leads to an easy combo from m1s. Has an instant I-frame move AND a counter. Scarlet frenzy also has armor, making this character very difficult to face.
1: Azure flames: If they are caught in m1s, they can say goodbye to 70% of their hp. If they don't have tp dashes, it's a true 1 shot combo even if they have evasive. The only punishable move is frostflame eruption, which is a REALLY easy punish, so it should not be used raw.
Note it's just my opinion from my gameplay.
