Out of all the ults in game I believe for the most part they are balanced when it comes to it, but I have one singular issue.
Scatter.
Now scatter wouldn't be much of an issue for an ult move if it wasn't for one thing I will explain later. Overall it is a good ult move to use, unblockable, rushing, can move around, long range, and a nice amount of damage as well as a second hit. Now here is the issue, fighting this. Dodging can happen, but hard since the move is able to free look, you may think "Well yeah it's an ult move of course its good and kinda broken compared to base" that's not the issue here, 1st of all just about every ult in the game has some way to counter it but I still have no idea for scatter other than just hope you are already far away from the user and keep getting further away. 2nd of all, the main issue, is the cooldown. I feel like compared to all other ults, with how quality of a move scatter is as in its useability, it has way too short of a cooldown. There are other ult moves in game that do less and are objectively worse, as in worse to use, that have longer cooldowns. If I remember correctly this one guy used scatter against me FOUR TIMES in a singular ult.
I believe scatter needs a longer cooldown and that would fix all issues.
