Deku v2 is considered as one of the worst characters?

Cuz no inescapable combo if they have evasive, L dmg without the use of techs, and is way harder to use than base deku ever since deku got that manchester rework.

Tbh w/ you, Deku v2 is so complicated for me, like I cant figure out a proper combo for it.

How is warp portal a bad character. Sure the ultimate is absolute garbage and the only move that is actually good is crush but at least they tried to make it unique with star burst. The base moveset is absolutely broken is an easy high damaging combo and the I frames can be easily by passed by matter barrage.
