The only downside to todoroki ult is that blazing soul and finishers don't stop the ult bar drain like other ults, but blazing soul doesn't kill that much ult bar when you land it, i used 3 secs after ulting and it only costed me 20% of my ult bar, so it's not that slow like people think, also i managed to get a finisher on someone and they said the secret "PLEASE HELP ME!" think.
